2009 The America Cup International Fly Fishing Tournament
The America Cup has two primary goals. The first is to provide program support to groups in need of the rehabilitation properties that fishing can provide and to produce competitive fishing events at national and international levels and to facilitate successful fishing competitions that promote and display both national and international talent in the world of competitive fishing.

Competitors were allowed to fish any rivers within Summit County for trout. Practicing catch and release techniques and keeping score of trout caught, the anglers with the most points win The Cup.
